Newcomers

Please join us for our Newcomers' Coffee held on the first Sunday of the month (except December and January) after the 9:00 a.m. service in the Janney Parlor, where you may ask questions, meet fellow parishioners and receive an informative Welcome packet. The Newcomers Committee is a group of friendly and active St. James' members charged with seeking new ways to welcome newcomers and include them in church activities. They extend to all visitors and newcomers a warm welcome. Committee members serve as greeters, speak with those who have indicated an interest in the parish, assist with Newcomers' Coffees and other events, and generally help newcomers to be made comfortable and encouraged to participate fully in the life of St. James'.
